Our Path to Your Success
how we winMuch of our success in litigation is attributed to searching for facts that allow us to access a particular law that benefits our clients. Our experience, thorough legal research, expert resources and the actual legal issue at hand are the elements that determine the methodology we must use to prove and win a case for our clients.

When we first take on a case, we determine the key issue and, most importantly, the problem we need to overcome. We then painstakingly research and retain the best experts in the field in order to devise a plan opt best attack the issue. Through the process of litigation and working with liability, medical and long term care experts, as well as economics we are able to place the key facts found in the litigation process into the issues that lead to a successful outcome.

While this process is ongoing, we are continually preparing the case for settlement and/or trial based upon the actual facts needed to prove the case. Evidence is always gathered with the understanding that a judge and jury may scrutinize it. It must be understandable, presentable and reliable. For example, much of the information about an automotive personal injury case deals with complex time sequence issues, biomechanics and accident reconstruction. We use ample visual displays and diagrams in order to make the case presentable to the jury.checkmart chart

“Assanti & Associates was able to recover from a commercial insurance policy when I was working a convention for my employer. I left work and was “off the clock” and traveling to my home. Assanti’s hard work and thorough research made it possible for me to take car of my family despite my personal injuries.”
